Mota Gehu Atta Samosa

Ingredients:
For the Dough:

  • 1 cup Mota Gehu Atta
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • Water (for kneading)

For the Filling:

  • 2 Boiled Potatoes (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup Green Peas
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Prepare the dough by mixing mota gehu atta, salt, and ghee. Knead into a firm dough and rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil, add cumin seeds, potatoes, peas, turmeric, and garam masala. Cook the filling and let it cool.
  3. Roll out small portions of dough, cut into halves, and shape into cones.
  4. Fill the cones with potato mixture and seal the edges.
  5. Deep fry until golden brown. Serve with chutney.
