Ingredients:

- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Oil
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Prepare the dough by mixing mota gehu atta, salt, and ghee. Knead into a firm dough and rest for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil, add cumin seeds, potatoes, peas, turmeric, and garam masala. Cook the filling and let it cool.
- Roll out small portions of dough, cut into halves, and shape into cones.
- Fill the cones with potato mixture and seal the edges.
- Deep fry until golden brown. Serve with chutney.
