1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items damaged during transit or with quality issues may also be eligible for a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods such as fresh produce, desi ghee, or unpacked flour.
- Customized or bulk orders.
- Products purchased during special sales or offers, unless defective.
3. Process for Returns
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team at xxx with your order details and the reason for the return.
- Provide photographic evidence of the issue (if applicable).
- Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange for pickup if necessary.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or through a bank transfer.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returning an item are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).
- For exchanges, shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by Heritage Ganga.
