- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1 tsp Eno (fruit salt)
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Curry Leaves (for tempering)
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Mix mota gehu atta, curd, turmeric, and salt to form a smooth batter. Rest for 10 minutes.
- Add eno just before steaming and mix well.
- Pour the batter into a greased steaming tray and steam for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves, and pour over the dhokla.
- Cut into squares and serve with chutney.
