Mota Gehu Atta Dhokla

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Mota Gehu Atta
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1 tsp Eno (fruit salt)
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Curry Leaves (for tempering)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Mix mota gehu atta, curd, turmeric, and salt to form a smooth batter. Rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Add eno just before steaming and mix well.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased steaming tray and steam for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves, and pour over the dhokla.
  5. Cut into squares and serve with chutney.
