Mota Gehu Atta Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Mota Gehu Atta
  • 1/2 cup Jaggery Powder
  • 1/4 cup Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Almonds

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix mota gehu atta, jaggery, cardamom powder, and baking soda in a bowl.
  3. Add ghee gradually and knead into a soft dough.
  4. Shape the dough into small balls and flatten them slightly.
  5. Place on a baking tray and top with chopped almonds.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool and store in an airtight container.
