Trail Mix Granola Clusters

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped antioxidant boost trail mix
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped antioxidant boost trail mix, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix melted coconut oil, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Let cool and break into clusters.
