Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped antioxidant boost trail mix
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped antioxidant boost trail mix, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix melted coconut oil, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Let cool and break into clusters.
