Ingredients:

- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 4-5 Whole Black Peppercorns
- 2 Cloves
- 1 Bay Leaf
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Rinse and soak basmati rice for 20 minutes. Drain.
