Ghee Halwa

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Semolina (Sooji)
  • 1/2 cup Pure Desi Ghee
  • 1 cup Jaggery Powder
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 2 tbsp Nuts (cashews, almonds)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Heat desi ghee in a pan and roast semolina until golden and aromatic.
  2. Boil water separately and add to the roasted semolina, stirring constantly.
  3. Add jaggery powder and mix well until it dissolves.
  4. Stir in cardamom powder and nuts. Cook until halwa thickens.
  5. Serve warm garnished with nuts.
