Ingredients:
- 1 cup Semolina (Sooji)
- 1/2 cup Pure Desi Ghee
- 1 cup Jaggery Powder
- 3 cups Water
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 2 tbsp Nuts (cashews, almonds)
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Heat desi ghee in a pan and roast semolina until golden and aromatic.
- Boil water separately and add to the roasted semolina, stirring constantly.
- Add jaggery powder and mix well until it dissolves.
- Stir in cardamom powder and nuts. Cook until halwa thickens.
