Mota Gehu Vegetable Cheela

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Mota Gehu Atta
  • 1/4 cup Grated Carrots
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Spinach
  • 1 Green Chili (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water (to make batter)
  • Ghee or Oil (for cooking)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix mota gehu atta, vegetables, green chili, turmeric, and salt.
  2. Add water gradually to form a smooth, pourable batter.
  3. Heat a tawa and grease it lightly with ghee or oil.
  4. Pour a ladle of batter and spread into a thin pancake.
  5. Cook on both sides until golden and crisp.
  6. Serve hot with mint chutney or curd.
