Mota Gehu Atta Pancakes (Sweet)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Mota Gehu Atta
  • 1/2 cup Mashed Bananas
  • 1/4 cup Jaggery Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 cup Milk (or plant-based milk)
  • Ghee (for cooking)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix mota gehu atta, baking powder, jaggery, and cinnamon.
  2. Add mashed bananas and milk to form a smooth batter.
  3. Heat a tawa and grease it lightly with ghee.
  4. Pour a ladle of batter and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook the other side.
  5. Serve warm with honey or fresh fruits.
