Mota Gehu Atta Halwa

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Mota Gehu Atta
  • 1/2 cup Jaggery (grated)
  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1 tbsp Raisins

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and roast mota gehu atta until golden and aromatic.
  2. Boil water and jaggery separately until jaggery dissolves. Strain to remove impurities.
  3. Gradually add the jaggery water to the roasted atta, stirring continuously.
  4. Add cardamom powder and raisins, and cook until halwa thickens.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with nuts if desired.
