Ingredients:
- 4 apples, tops cut off and cored
- 1/2 cup classic energy trail mix
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix classic energy trail mix with honey, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Stuff the apples with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the apples are tender.
- Serve warm with a drizzle of honey if desired.
