Trail Mix Stuffed Apples

Ingredients:

  • 4 apples, tops cut off and cored
  • 1/2 cup classic energy trail mix
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix classic energy trail mix with honey, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  3. Stuff the apples with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the apples are tender.
  5. Serve warm with a drizzle of honey if desired.
