Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup classic energy trail mix
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chickpeas dry with a towel and toss them in a bowl with olive oil, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Mix with classic energy trail mix and serve as a healthy snack.
