Trail Mix Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup classic energy trail mix

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chickpeas dry with a towel and toss them in a bowl with olive oil, smoked paprika, and salt.
  3. Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Mix with classic energy trail mix and serve as a healthy snack.
