Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup antioxidant boost trail mix
Instructions:
- In a jar or bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, and honey.
- Stir well to avoid clumps and let it sit for at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
- Stir again before serving and top with antioxidant boost trail mix.
