Antioxidant Trail Mix Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup antioxidant boost trail mix

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, and honey.
  2. Stir well to avoid clumps and let it sit for at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
  3. Stir again before serving and top with antioxidant boost trail mix.
