Ghee Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, zucchini, etc.)
  • 2 tbsp Pure Desi Ghee
  • 1 tsp Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Dried Herbs (oregano or thyme)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Toss the vegetables with desi ghee, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread them on a baking tray in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Serve warm as a side or light meal.
