Ghee Paratha

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour (Mota Gehu Aata)
  • 3 tbsp Pure Desi Ghee
  • Water (as needed for the dough)
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Knead the wheat flour, water, and salt into a soft dough. Rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Divide into equal portions and roll into small discs.
  3. Spread ghee on the surface, fold into a square, and roll again.
  4. Cook on a hot griddle, applying ghee on both sides, until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
