Desi Ghee Besan Ladoo

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Besan (gram flour)
  • 1 cup Pure Desi Ghee
  • 1 cup Jaggery Powder
  • 1/4 cup Almonds (sliced)
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Heat desi ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan.
  2. Add besan and roast on low flame until it turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma (15-20 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, and mix in jaggery powder, cardamom powder, and almonds.
  4. Shape the mixture into small ladoos while still warm.
  5. Store in an airtight container.
